Description: This webinar will discuss confidentiality and privacy, as well as the limitations regarding the ability of internally sharing confidential information between corporate departments. It will focus on return to work situations, whether from an industrial injury or from a personal illness/injury. This program will also identify what can be legally shared, and how to protect against “privacy” claims when handling more traditional employment and workers compensation situations.

PLAN applies for  Continuing Legal Education Credit in multiple states. Until a course is approved by a particular state, we can not guarantee credit. You must be present during the entirety of the live session to receive Continuing Education credit. Continuing Legal Education credit will be based on the total amount of time attended.
